At Rajasthan Enterprises, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our business—selling, delivering, and setting up Thin Clients for organizations—we do not offer refunds once a product is sold and delivered.

We encourage our customers to review all technical and business requirements before placing an order. Our team is always available to guide you with detailed specifications and support prior to purchase.

Replacement Policy (Exceptional Cases Only)

We understand that unexpected issues can sometimes occur. In very rare and legitimate cases, we may offer a replacement of the product, strictly under the following conditions:

• The product received is defective or damaged at the time of delivery.

• The issue is reported within 3 days of delivery with proper evidence (photos, videos).

• The request is reviewed and approved by our technical and sales team after necessary verification.

Please note:

• We do not guarantee replacements unless the issue is reported within the stipulated timeframe and approved after review.

• Physical damage or mishandling caused after delivery will not be eligible for replacement.
